1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and restrictions governing the use of MUNAUGHT servers, hosting clusters, DNS resolvers, sports SaaS applications, and network infrastructure. All users, developers, customers, and administrators must comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited Cyber Abuse Activities
You may not use MUNAUGHT infrastructure to perform, attempt, or facilitate:
- Unauthorized access, penetration scanning, or vulnerability exploitation of any third-party network
- Distribution or hosting of malware, ransomware, keyloggers, trojans, or botnet command servers
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, flood pings, or network saturation scripts
- Credential harvesting, brute-force password attacks, or identity spoofing
3. Fraud and Deceptive Practices
Our infrastructure strictly prohibits fraudulent activities, including:
- Phishing websites, cloned banking portals, or fake payment verification gateways
- Impersonation of corporate brands, financial institutions, or sports governing bodies
- Unauthorized financial schemes, Ponzi operations, or fraudulent lottery portals
4. Spam and Email Abuse
- Transmission of bulk unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or spam
- Operating open mail relays or sending spoofed email headers
- Harvesting email addresses or running automated scraping bots
5. Illegal Content
Hosting, transmitting, or distributing content that violates Indian law or international treaties is strictly prohibited, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), violent extremism, terrorist propaganda, and illicit substances.
6. Intellectual Property Infringement
Customers must not host or distribute pirated software, cracked license keys, unauthorized broadcast streams, or copyright-infringing media on our servers.
7. Resource Abuse
Deliberate resource exhaustion that impairs shared infrastructure (e.g., cryptocurrency mining on standard web hosting, runaway loops, or unmetered process spawning) is prohibited.
8. Enforcement and Service Suspension
MUNAUGHT reserves the right to investigate reported violations, immediately suspend offending accounts, block malicious IP traffic, preserve forensic evidence, and report criminal conduct to competent law enforcement agencies.
