1. Cancellation of Recurring Services
Customers may cancel recurring SaaS subscriptions or cloud hosting plans at any time via the MUNAUGHT console or by contacting customer support prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle.
2. Effect of Cancellation
Cancelling a recurring service stops future automatic billing renewals. Service remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. Non-Cancellable Executed Services
Cancellation does not retroactively reverse or refund:
- Completed domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
- Already consumed cloud hosting server periods
- SSL certificates already issued by certificate authorities
- Completed software development milestones
