All software source code, database architectures, graphics, user interface designs, algorithms, logos, trademarks, and documentation published by MUNAUGHT PRIVATE LIMITED are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, decompilation, redistribution, reverse engineering, or resale of MUNAUGHT software or branding without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
2. Customer Content Ownership
Customers retain full ownership of all athlete statistics, tournament logos, photographs, and records lawfully uploaded to MUNAUGHT platforms. Customers warrant that they possess all necessary rights and licenses for content they upload.
3. Copyright Infringement Reporting
If you believe content hosted on MUNAUGHT servers infringes your copyright, send a formal notice to [INSERT OFFICIAL COPYRIGHT EMAIL] with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Exact URL or server location of the alleged infringing material
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate
