1. Domain Provisioning and Upstream Partnerships
MUNAUGHT provides domain name registration, transfer, and management services through accredited third-party registrars, authoritative registries, and reseller platforms. Registration is subject to the specific terms and policies of each respective TLD registry operator.
2. Availability and Real-Time Search
Domain availability search results indicate real-time registry status at the time of query but do not constitute a legal reservation or guarantee until the registration request is acknowledged and confirmed by the authoritative registry.
3. Registrant Accuracy Obligations
The registrant must provide and maintain accurate, current, and verifiable contact details:
- Legal Registrant Name and Organization
- Verifiable Physical and Mailing Postal Address
- Active Administrative, Technical, and Billing Email Addresses
- Valid Telephone Number
Providing willfully false contact information constitutes a material breach and grounds for domain suspension.
4. Registry & TLD Specific Rules
Certain TLDs (such as .IN, .GOV.IN, .SPORTS, or country-code domains) may enforce specific eligibility criteria, nexus requirements, or documentation verification mandates established by their respective registries (e.g., NIXI for .IN).
5. Domain Renewal Responsibilities
Registrants are solely responsible for renewing domains before the stated expiration date. MUNAUGHT transmits automated renewal reminder notifications to the primary account email prior to expiration.
6. Expiration Lifecycle & Redemption
Domains not renewed by their expiration date may immediately enter a grace period, followed by a registrar redemption period, and subsequent deletion. Redemption recovery fees imposed by registries may apply to restore expired domains during redemption periods.
7. Domain Transfers
Domain transfers between registrars require an active authorization (EPP/Auth) code, domain unlocking, compliance with the ICANN 60-day post-registration transfer lock, and confirmation via administrative verification emails.
8. WHOIS & RDAP Directories
Registrant information may be published or restricted in public WHOIS/RDAP directories in accordance with ICANN regulations and applicable registry privacy standards.
9. Privacy & Proxy Services
Where supported by the registry, WHOIS privacy protection may mask personal contact details. However, privacy proxy services are not permitted on certain country-code TLDs according to their respective registry guidelines.
10. Disputes & Uniform Policies
Domain name disputes are governed by applicable dispute resolution policies, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the .IN Dispute Resolution Policy (INDRP).
