2. Independent Dispute Resolution Authorities
MUNAUGHT is a domain registration and technology service provider. We do not act as an arbitrator, judicial body, or final arbiter of legal domain ownership or trademark conflicts.
3. Applicable Dispute Mechanisms
Parties alleging trademark infringement or bad-faith domain registration must utilize the established international and national dispute mechanisms:
- ICANN UDRP: Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy for gTLDs (.com, .org, .net, etc.).
- INDRP: .IN Domain Dispute Resolution Policy administered by the National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) for .in and .bharat domains.
- Competent Courts: Direct legal proceedings before courts of competent jurisdiction.
4. Compliance with Official Orders
MUNAUGHT will execute valid domain transfer, suspension, or cancellation orders issued by accredited UDRP/INDRP arbitral tribunals or competent judicial courts.
